Epsilon raised over $1.8 million in 2010 with a record-setting 40% of brothers participating as donors. After increasing their goal following a precampaign feasibility study, the chapter exceeded their fundraising expectations by $80,000. Renovation is credited with doubling their membership according to chapter leaders. The renovation was completed in time for their centennial celebration in 2014. At that time, the fraternity was debt free and positioned well to take on a second fundraising effort focused on major landscaping, scholarships and the purchase of additional property for parking.
